We have received the check. Turns out it was put under our neighbors welcome mat. It was there for 3 days. And would still be there if my husband hadn't contacted a previous sales person to have him look into it. He put my husband in contact with the driver who dropped off the check. Which was perfect. EXCEPT...the driver was incredibly RUDE to my husband as if it was our fault. He kept insisting that he put it at the address given to him. Well, our house is very well lit and our address is lit up clearly on the front. So, NO, he did not deliver it to the right address. Plus the address on the envelope was correct. Just happy this is all over. Too bad Bill Luke as a company doesnt really care how their employees handled this situaton. I mean mistakes are understandable. But the rudeness is inexcusable. We did nothing to deserve the itreatment we received.
