The only thing this place has going for them is the fact they have a large lot full of options. If you’re a female prepare for groups of male employees to stare. Once we agreed on a price for the car, our experience went downhill. We were thrown around to a few offices/people to finish the transaction and treated like we were a nuisance. We were brought to a private office to get our financing prepared and we weren’t quite done on the phone with our bank so they made us go back out into the loud common area couches to finish (office wasn’t in use after leaving it so it would’ve been nice to give us a few mins) Once ready, we were brought back in the financing office and the guy is rushing us through the signings. We told our salesman the day before we did NOT want the window tint warranty (about $400) and they “accidentally” left it on the receipt in which we were rushed to sign, therefore forced to pay for something we explained we didn’t want from the start. They brought the car to me dirty and I sent it back to clean again yet the hood was still dirty, i let it go since it was going to rain anyway. The drivers seat motor squeaks when moving the chairs back and fourth so I told them I’d need that fixed if I were to purchase. They oiled it but it still squeaks and at that point I already purchased the car so they told me to take it to the Cadillac dealership because it basically isn’t their problem anymore (???) Overall my dad and I felt as if we were in the way and a nuisance which is not how you treat people spending 30k at your establishment. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are looking for an accommodating experience. More

I wish that I could leave Negative 5 Stars or at the very least ZERO Stars! My experience was not Great...actually it was Awful! WORST car Buying Experience Ever! When we went for the test drive we drove in silence and I had to ask HIM details about the jeep and I had to also keep the conversation going about my desires. I even mentioned to him that I felt like I was taking a driving exam which was because the only words coming from him were which way to go... When the numbers were run for the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler and my 2017 Jeep Cherokee came out upside (which I had told Bill about at the beginning) I showed him what Carvana had offered for my trade. He asked the Sales mgr if he would go higher for my trade-in & the mgr raised it by $500 which still was not enough needed for me to buy the Jeep Wrangler. So I asked Bill "so I have to get a car through Carvana?" He replied "yes, because they reach a wider range of customers so they can offer more for my trade in". Then he walked away leaving me by myself to pick up my personal belongings in his office space. And that was that. He didn't try to see if we could go a different route or anything...Just left me there. The next day, I ended up buying a 2021 Kia from Mark Kia Scottsdale because they know how to help people! They don't just walk away! More
Sales person was impersonal and frankly impolite at times. Everyone, including the Finance Manager seemed rushed to get things executed ASAP and definitely lost their patience with the questions we had times.
