The biggest issue was poor communication from their internet sales team and the constant push to get me onto the lot, even after I was clear that I was not coming in until we negotiated price up front and I had a straightforward offer in writing. Even then, they still insisted I come in and take it for a test drive before talking real numbers. I finally told them I was not making the drive while other dealerships were outpricing them without first seeing a written offer. When the offer finally came, it was higher than the initial list price they had advertised online. I called it out because I am not a fool. I had been tracking the price drops for weeks and I was not paying over what they were asking before I ever inquired. Only after I pushed back did the number get corrected. What they failed to disclose up front was that the vehicle was missing a rear passenger grab handle, the front center console cupholder was damaged, and it only came with one key fob. I specifically asked about dents, scratches, missing trim, and missing accessories before I drove out there and was told everything was in like new condition. Only after I showed up and pointed these items out was I told the car was being sold as is and nothing would be replaced. Fine, I can respect an as is sale, but then be transparent about it before someone wastes their time driving in. Instead, the message was basically, come in and see for yourself. The financing process was also frustrating. I told the finance person I only wanted GAP coverage, and that alone raised my payment by $50 per month on a 72-month loan, which works out to about $3,600 for GAP coverage, financed. I called it out and said I am not paying that. Then suddenly a package showed up that included GAP, paint protection, tire and wheel protection, and even a security system, and ‘somehow’ my payment dropped by $30 per month. That makes no sense. If a better option exists, offer it up front. Do not try to squeeze people first and then act like they are making a mistake for not accepting overpriced add-ons. That’s just bad business!! To be fair, the vehicle I purchased did sell itself, and MJ, the salesman I worked with on site, was great. He had nothing to do with the gimmicks, and he was the only reason I did not walk out. This is also the first car buying experience I have ever had where a sales manager never came out to introduce themselves, which felt pretty telling considering I kept sending MJ back to discuss the tint fee, the cost of the missing key fob I have to purchase, and the rear grab handle I have to pay for out of pocket. The part that really soured this was the $399 window tint fee they insisted was non-negotiable. Three days after my deal, I went back to their website, saw my trade in listed for sale, and emailed from an alternate account to ask about it. Sure enough, I was told they tinted the windows and that the same $399 tint fee was mandatory. I had already professionally tinted my trade in, and the listing photos clearly show the tint I put on there, not new tint they paid for. That’s just robbery! If you cannot adjust the sales price, fine, make it up in the trade value. I was told multiple times this was the bottom line, take it or leave it. Yet my trade in is now listed for about $6,500 more than what they paid me for it, so there was room to meet in the middle. I was not trying to steal from them. An extra $300 on my trade would have sweetened the deal and earned them a repeat customer. Instead, their take it or leave it approach got them the sale, but it also earned them a subpar customer experience that is now being shared, and there is zero chance I will ever return to buy another vehicle here. Do your due diligence and call things out if something does not add up. More
Totally worthless bunch of liars and cheats. Missrepresented service availability. Car probably damaged as headlight points directly into oncoming traffic. Once the tech let me know the work had been completed he let us know that the 30k mile set of services needed to be done as the fluids are dirty. When we had purchased the vehicle it was just shy of 30k and we inquired with our salesman if that interval of services had been done or not. After supposedly checking they said yes. Not having to complete those services so soon after purchasing a vehicle is certainly something that informed our decision to purchase this particular vehicle. Now, not checking the salesman and getting some kind of formal documentation on that is on us, 100%. Always cover your butt and don't rely on a used car salesman to do it for you. However, for a dealership that ostensibly prides itself on openness and honesty, having a salesman do this leaves a pretty bad taste in our mouths. They basically just told us whatever they thought we wanted to hear in the moment. Of course the manager apologized for the salesman not following procedure but couldn't do anything for us when we brought it up yesterday. My advice is go in with all of your guard rails up and don't let them down if they've got a vehicle you're interested in, or look elsewhere. This is why people trust car salesman about as much as they trust politicians. More
If you book an appointment for a client, you should be responsible to have a tech review the service case, NOT wait until the next day! I was responsible and brought my vehicle in, so should you not be he responsible to have a tech review the service case, NOT wait until the next day! I was responsible and brought my vehicle in, so should you not be held accountable to show up as well? Dont use the excuse of "We had a high vehicle count"... I WAITED days for my appt that YOU scheduled! Ill never come back here. More
WORST ‘service’ CENTER IN THE COUNTRY is more like it. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CARE AND ORGANIZATION LIKE HERE. IT TAKES THE CAKE. I wrote a review about my experience I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CARE AND ORGANIZATION LIKE HERE. IT TAKES THE CAKE. I wrote a review about my experience here and the Collision Center ‘director’ contacted me and indirectly threatened to remove my vehicle from their shop because he didn’t like it. It is unbelievable that this guy is a Director of anything.(Good old boy golfing buddy hire is more like it). He runs a shop that doesn’t keep customer notes, doesn’t listen to customers and could care less about you. I brought my truck here over three months ago and it has been the most ridiculous abs frustrating experience of my life. After I removed the first review this person who should be managing his department completely ghosted me without any communication or follow up. INCOMPETENCE is the best description of what’s going on here. Instead of looking at their own RAM system and seeing that parts were purchased from the dealership for my truck by a previous repair shop, the director instead has made false accusations and ridiculous statements regarding the previous repairs instead of finding the problem with my truck. The shop mechanic Kevin is a great guy and very helpful, but the rest of the group are rude, unorganized and have no accountability whatsoever. I saw the reviews for this place and thought my truck would be in good hands and I WAS WRONG. Biggest nightmare and headache I have ever experienced anywhere. I feel bad for anyone who takes their vehicle here. If you are under 80 years old or not buying a vehicle you can expect people here to be rude and outright careless. More
