Never Again First, I will say that I have not been in a car dealership for over 30 years because of the greediness of these institutions. I am now retired and we were in need of a newer car at a reasonable price. We found that Bill Luke Chrysler had a few hail damaged cars at reasonable prices. Since we were interested in price more than looks we decided to check it out. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted, more like met by no less than 5 individuals before we got into the showroom. After telling one of them what we were interested in we finally got into the showroom. After test driving three different cars we decided on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra with less than 30,000 miles and hail damage on the top and on the hood. We were told that if we financed the car with them we would receive an extra 1,000 off. We were told that we had to finance for a minimum of 4 months and then we could pay it off to get the discount. During this time I was beginning to get extremely tired and probably didn’t ask the right questions. Just a few of the things they tried to hide from us were as follows: We found out later that the interest was 6.5%. That is ridiculous with credit score of 818. We only got 1 key for the car and it will cost around $80 to get another one made. The salesman said he would try to get another few hundred off but never did that. Well, long story short, we will pay it off in four months and the hail damage is being taken care of. My wife likes the car but we will NEVER go to Bill Luke Chrysler again. Partly because of the high interest rate and partly because of the way we were not told all of the details of the loan. I guess that is the only thing some people know about making money. Just cheat others. I can guarantee that we will NEVER go to this dealership again to get a car and would not recommend ANYONE going to this dealership. More

I printed the add and visited ready to purchase, the salesman said it was a fleer truck for the state of AZ listed by their system in error. He tried to sell me a way more expensive truck-no deal. A couple weeks later I saw a preowned truck that interested me, I contacted them and tried to square up the deal before heading down there. They play hard ball trying to keep their profit margin high. They sent me a link for a KBB “guaranteed offer”, once I saw their figures the guaranteed offer was nowhere close. I talked to the manager Jerry A who gave me so bs answer. I advised him that I kept seeing their bait and switch attempts and it was clear their practices are shady. I went down to see the truck anyway. When I was there he got within $500 of my offered amount to buy, but after seeing the truck I decided it wasn’t for me so I was ready to head on over to Earnhardt CJD to look at their new power wagon to which I had an offer to buy price already. He asked to look at the offer and said he would match it with a similar truck. They tried to make a deal work for about 2 hrs finally came back and said we’ll offer you this power wagon but it’s $2500 more than Earnhardt because it had more features. I agreed on price, so they pulled credit. They came back and gave me the spill that my credit was low so I was looking at a 9.99 rate. They showed me my fico was 620. I declined. The sales man said we’ll find your own financing and come back tomorrow, I asked if I found my own financing if they would increase the price since they supposedly discount $1k for financing with them. He said no. Next day I got my bank to preapprove with a rate under 5%. I contacted Jerry A with the preapproval and asked what the next step was he said they were still looking at their financing he would let me know. Once I was ready to head over I called and asked what was going on he said that their finance offer was 8.25%, that I could use my financing but I would pay $1k extra. I was upset because I had put all that effort into making the deal happen and now they were not honoring the price agreed upon the previous night. I went to Earnhardt CJRD and made a deal on a better equipped truck paid a little bit more but I got the price I wanted. Oh yeah they also pulled my credit and they showed me a fico of 660. Be careful with Bill luke their lower prices listed are not always the lowest, it almost seems like they manipulate the fico to upsell the rate in order to take a cut! Jerry A is a weasel in my opinion! More

The "salesman" said multiple times, we sell 900 cars a month here, I don't need to make sale. Ended up finding a deal late the first day I went in, told him I wanted it, run numbers, had cash for payment in hand etc...didn't receive a call the next day regarding status or if we had run numbers or anything. Finally calls me at 4 on the third day, says the deal was approved, ran my credit to lenders multiple times and says it's all ready in finance. I get there and am literally signing the papers and he says, "oh we sold this car just now." The guy claimed he had been calling me, but couldn't even show me a call history after he swore up and down he called me ALL DAY. Then they couldn't even apologize for making inquiries on my credit for no reason if they knew the car was being sold. Piss poor attitude by Tony the salesman and overall complete lack of integrity by Bill Luke management. Will not return or recommend anyone wasting their time there. More

Customer First Award For Excellence... FALSE My wife and I purchased a FIAT 500 Electric car from Bill Luke Auto Sales on June 23rd 2018. We drove from Albuquerque NM to Phoenix AZ to purchase th My wife and I purchased a FIAT 500 Electric car from Bill Luke Auto Sales on June 23rd 2018. We drove from Albuquerque NM to Phoenix AZ to purchase the vehicle. Upon returning home we found that the Bill Luke had not inspected the vehicle to be in working order BEFORE they sold it to us, specifically the vehicle charging unit was faulty. We called Bill Luke to have it services as this was an issue caused by lack of vehicle inspection prior to selling the vehicle. Chris Dow and David Mitchell of Bill Luke attempted to avoid our calls and inquires in reference to the issue. After 3 days and 16 calls to Bill Luke Auto Sales, specifically Mr. Dow and Mr. Mitchell we were able to get the vehicle transported to Fiat for the issue to be corrected. We spoke to Mr. Mitchell about getting a rental due to the lack of vehicle caused by their negligent business practices, Mr. Mitchell then again avoided us for 2 days and 7 phone calls. When the vehicle was finally repaired we spoke to Mr. Mitchell about having the vehicle transported back to use as the vehicle service department is over 70 miles away, he said, "getting the vehicle back is your responsibility." We let Mr. Mitchell know that the vehicle was sold to us under false pretenses. The fact being that the vehicle was sold as a "operating" vehicle and it "did not operate" as agreed upon during the purchase. Mr. Mitchell, Mr. Dow and Bill Luke sold us a vehicle that they did not inspect prior to selling and have adopted a "buyer beware" persona. We would like to believe that this issue was a routine oversight but after the appalling level of service Bill Luke Auto Sales has provided we now believe that it was a known issue and something of lemon vehicle sold to us. We will be seeking alternative means of remedy as Bill Luke Auto Sales, David Mitchell, Chris Dow, and general manager Chris Knob have all failed to remedy this issue completely. Do not mislead customers and state that vehicles are operational or are inspected for function when they are not. More
