We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience Dwight. It's frustrating to know that the used Fiat Electric vehicle you purchased, which was inspected by our certified technicians, could have passed inspection yet the charger for the vehicle wasn't working when you got home to New Mexico. As soon as our team was made aware of the issue, we arranged for a tow truck to take your vehicle to the nearest Fiat dealer who could work on the electric vehicle. As soon as we got that arranged, our GSM Mitch got on the phone with the Manufacturer (Fiat) and the dealership to ensure we expedited the repair. After diagnosing the problem, it was deemed there was a defect in the charger, so Fiat shipped out a new charger for the vehicle. Bill Luke provided a rental vehicle, at our expense, during the 13 days it took to get the new charger. The good news is that the charger has been replaced, there is no cost to you for any of the repairs, the tow bill or the 13 days of rental vehicle. The vehicle is ready for you to pick up from the local dealership. Again, we're sorry about this experience, we understand it can be frustrating to purchase a vehicle and things go wrong...which is why we've done all that we have to get it fixed for you.
