Brian K customer service Brian K was very patient, professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and sometimes answered the same questions twice. My husband and I Brian K was very patient, professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and sometimes answered the same questions twice. My husband and I are in our seventies and not totally tech savvy. Brian was very understanding and went above and beyond to show us how all of the options on our new car worked. This young man should get a raise and be mentored for upward mobility. On the other hand Daniel who sold us the car does not get the same accolades.
