So I contacted the dealer to purchase the vehicle, they upped the price on me by $2000 and wouldn't honor the price posted on Autotrader, CarGurus and their OWN website. How can you do that to a customer buying a $41,000 vehicle? I called reception multiple times and asked to speak to manager Drew and the female manager, but they wouldn't pick up my phone or call me back. My sales person was Amber, I let her know that I will be posting a review about my horrible experience and she did not seem to care what so ever and just hung up. Horrible I would not recommend this dealership to family or friends its a mess what i went through was a horrible experience for my first vehicle purchase. First, i had to open a brand new policy with a brand new insurance company just so they physically have a card with my name on it so i can drive off the lot. Now its costing me more $ for cancelling fees! After 3 long hours of handing them a document we work out the financial part and was told to fax in my paystubs for the bank and am told everything is ok i can take the vehicle home and dont worry about anything. then next morning i get a call am sorry u were not approved so i drive 30 miles one way to return the vehicle. Once am there they say sorry u were approved take the vehicle and i drive 30 miles bck home. they hand over a 2014 jeep wrangler with a chipped windshield and on my way home the chip makes a crack no to big but its visible. Ehen returning the vehilce they charge me. If u buy a vehicle make sure everything is final without xxxxxxxx games first its a yes than its a no never will i ever give bill luke my business More
