I went to Bill Luke after researching my vehicle via the internet and trading a few emails with their internet team member Stephanie Cuevas. The price and conditions were all determined prior to me arriving on the lot. Stephanie was awesome. I was greeted by Joel Hendrickson. He quickly located the vehicle I wanted to see. I needed to return the next day with my wife so she could also check out the vehicle. Joel came in on his day off and and "quickly" had all paperwork completed. Joel was great!!! Next we met Steven the Finance Guy...again, short and sweet. Steven offered the typical add on's...we declined and we moved on. No asking twice, no pressure...again, NOT what I was expecting.
