I have been driving a 2002 Dodge Dakota Club Cab truck. Since I have been driving my Dakota since 2001, I thought that it would be "nice" to see what other types of trucks were available. I entered the dealership about 9:30 AM on a Monday morning and was met quickly by Billy Turnbull. He did not try to push anything on to me. He asked what I was looking for and then he showed me three trucks. The third was a 2013 Dodge RAM 1500 with an extended crew cab. I was wondering how and if the truck would fit in my carport. Billy asked how far away did I live. I told him about 2.5 miles. He said let's go and see. The truck fit perfectly. We went back to the dealership. They evaluated my Dakota and came up with a trade in value which was about 30% higher than the Edmunds.com site. We filled out the paperwork and reached a price. Next I got to see how much the extended warantees covered and cost. I accepted the one which met all of my requirements. The final price was agreed upon and I left. I went home and cleaned out all of the stuff I always carry with me. I went by my bank and obtained a cashiers check for the sale. At 2:30 PM I went back to the dealership and picked up a freshly washed truck with a full gas tank. I drove the truck for a couple of days. I had a few questions. On Wednesday I stopped by the dealership. Billy answered them completely for me. He came out and sat in the drivers seat and explained them all. The truck almost sold itself. Billy was right there to answer questions. If he did not know, he knew who to ask. Besides this sale, I have been having Bill Luke take care of my Dodge vehicles for over ten years.
