I bought my car from Bill Luke San Tan because it was exactly what I had been looking for over the last 3 years. The price seemed fair for a "Buy Back". I tried to negotiate the Doc Fee and Window tintin exactly what I had been looking for over the last 3 years. The price seemed fair for a "Buy Back". I tried to negotiate the Doc Fee and Window tinting but was told that the company would not budge on those items. Because the car was exactly what I was looking for, I "sucked it up" and paid those fees. Of note, the Doc Fee of $699 was the highest I had encountered in looking for a used car. My first real issue came with the pre-installed tracking device that I requested be completely removed before I took the car home. I was told this would happen. After I paid for the car and was ready to leave, I wanted to confirm that the tracker had been completely removed. I was then told by Tristan (my sales person) that it had been disconnected but not removed. If I wanted it removed, I would need to go to another Bill Luke Dealership to have it removed completely. Since San Tan was over 100 miles from my home in Tucson, I begrudgingly accepted that offer. When I contacted the Bill Luke Dealership in Marana (Roman), I was told that Service did not remove this device and to call Joey who did this job for them. When I contacted Joey, he told me that he did not come to Tucson (he is stationed in the Phoenix area) and that I should call Chris. When I spoke with Chris, he said he only came to Tucson on Wednesdays. He met me in a local Costco parking lot to remove the tracking device and wiring. The next issue relates to the window tinting. I incorrectly assumed that when one pays $399 for the obligatory window tinting, all the windows would be tinted according to state and local laws. As it turns out, Bill Luke will not tint any windows that have privacy glass. In checking on line, that appears to be a Bill Luke policy and not a hard and fast Arizona law. Because my car has rear window privacy glass, the only windows tinted were the front driver and passenger door windows. I felt that $399 for just 2 windows to be tinted was unreasonable (in getting some other detail work done on the car, I was told I could get all the windows tinted for that price) and was never told this when I bought the car. I called the dealership in San Tan and spoke with a Sales Manager named Daniel. He said that Bill Luke Marana could possibly tint the windows and he would help facilitate. I made that appointment but after they looked at the car, they told me that Bill Luke policy was no tinting of privacy glass. I called back Daniel and was told that there would be no refund on the tinting cost even though only 2 windows were tinted. My last issues have to do with preparing the car for resale. The car was purchased from a Genesis dealership out of state. It was clear that the previous owner’s information was never cleared from the car's computer and profiles were locked with a security code that no one had. It was something that should have been done prior to resale if Bill Luke was truly concerned about customer satisfaction. It cost me $100 to have that done at the Genesis Dealership in Chandler, AZ. Since the car did not have the standard floor mats the car originally came with (I purchased them at $250) or the wheel locks and cargo mat that was purchased as add-ons by the original owner, it was the least they could have done to prepare the car for its new owner. It is highly unlikely that I will ever purchase another used vehicle from Bill Luke San Tan. More

I would highly recommend Bill Luke San Tan, especially our salesperson, Tanner. Our experience with Tanner was positive from beginning to end. My husband and I visited the dealership after conducting exte our salesperson, Tanner. Our experience with Tanner was positive from beginning to end. My husband and I visited the dealership after conducting extensive research on vehicles we were interested in. The dealership happened to have two of the models we wanted to see, and Tanner took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of each. He provided thoughtful guidance that helped us make an informed decision and worked hard to ensure we felt comfortable and confident with our choice. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Bill Luke, and it is a dealership we would certainly consider again in the future. That said, there were a few areas where the experience could have been improved. Five days before our visit, I received an email with an internet price for the vehicle we ultimately purchased. When we mentioned the email at the dealership, we were informed that the price had increased by over $400. It would have been appreciated if the dealership had honored the originally quoted price. Additionally, despite having an appointment, the wait time for financing was longer than expected. At times it felt as though our time was not valued as much as we valued the dealership’s. Another inconvenience involved the vehicle’s mobile app membership. I had to cancel the dealership’s account associated with the vehicle and set up my own, which required sending proof of purchase and waiting 48 hours for processing. This seemed like something that could have been handled by the dealership during the purchase process. Lastly, the vehicle had very little gas in it when we drove it off the lot, which was somewhat disappointing after completing the purchase. Overall, however, Tanner provided excellent service and made the buying experience positive, which is why we would still recommend Bill Luke San Tan to others. More
Arturo listened to what we were looking for, offered advice, and was not pushy at all. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our experience. advice, and was not pushy at all. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our experience. More
I bought a new maxima from them with under 50k miles on it and was sold a warranty that according to the financial manager "covered everything mechanical and electrical" for 5 years or up to a certain mila it and was sold a warranty that according to the financial manager "covered everything mechanical and electrical" for 5 years or up to a certain milage that I am not even close to yet. He also told me I would be sent with the list of everything covered but he never did. I have had multiple issues with the car ever since I bought it including now what I am finding out will require and entirely new engine because the piston ring has failed causing irreversible damage to the engine and causing oil to leak into the engine causing white smoke to come out the exhaust. I took my car to them multiple times trying to get the issue resolved but the first two times I took it in they "couldn't find anything" and I was charged money out of pocket for it and I took my car to Brakes Plus and they were able to tell me what was wrong within a couple hours but bill Luke didn't want to listen to any of that because it would cost THEM. Finally after I took it to them for a third time now they figure out what's wrong (which by the way is exactly what Brakes Plus said before) and will not cover what is wrong with the car THEY sold me even though the finance manager told me multiple times when purchasing the car that the warranty I bought would cover EVERYTHING which was the only reason I purchased it, but when I contacted CNA, the warranty company, they don't even sell a warranty that covers everything and they told me they get this often where the finance managers lie to the customers about their coverage. I have been in contact with multiple managers at bill Luke and they are not willing to help me what so ever with this issue when THEY are the ones who lied and screwed me over when I gave them my business. They have also refused to get me in contact with the GM to get me more help. More
Johnny from Bill Luke Santan was a huge help and a breath of fresh air when it comes to the car buying process. He was very personable and waited on us hand and foot. The other managers that we dealt with we of fresh air when it comes to the car buying process. He was very personable and waited on us hand and foot. The other managers that we dealt with were just as helpful. When I buy a car, this is how I want the process to go. I never felt pressured and enjoyed the process from start to finish. I would recommend and will be back to see Johnny at Bill Luke in Gilbert in the future. More
I recently traded in my vehicle and gave a down payment, over a week later I received a call stating the terms of the lone had changed and in order to keep my vehicle I had to pay an additional $20,000. I w over a week later I received a call stating the terms of the lone had changed and in order to keep my vehicle I had to pay an additional $20,000. I was told I could also trade it for a similar vehicle but they only had one other similar vehicle. I had no choice but to take back my trade in and give back the vehicle that myself and my family were very excited to have. When we went to the dealership this morning everyone we interacted with seemed uncaring and unwilling to help. This has been extremely stressful and has included large expenditures that we will not recoup, we feel taken advantage of. More
