Not happy with the financing. It’s deceptive. They offer $1000 off if you go with a bank that they do business with as they get “kickback” as we were told by the salesperson for doing business with the bank $1000 off if you go with a bank that they do business with as they get “kickback” as we were told by the salesperson for doing business with the bank. We opted out because the interest rate was higher. We were approved with CapitalOne and gave them the information. We signed all paperwork and left to later find out through Experian that they shopped us around to multiple banks after being told by the salesperson they wouldn’t do that. They also chose a different auto financing bank BBVA and not our CapitalOne. They still used their bank that they do business with and didn’t give us the $1000 credit. If that’s not bad business practice then I don’t know what is. It seemed like a easy transaction because the salesperson said he’s not commissioned based but volume based. He didn’t care if he sold a 20k vehicle or $40k it’s all the same. Be very careful with this place. More
