Bill Luke Tempe holds a very strict policy to the disclosure of our Factory Buyback Inventory and the Sale of these vehicles. The vehicles are advertised on our website stating they are, in fact, a Factory Buy Back Vehicle. Our website also provides a CARFAX on every vehicle, to share the vehicle history with our shoppers. Once a client visits the Dealership, we share the documents provided by the Manufacturer, stating the reason for the Buyback and what was fixed, repaired or replaced. At the time of sale, this Document must be signed, and then it is sent to the Manufacturer to initiate the additional Factory Warranty terms and coverages. At the time of sale, we also have our clients sign each page of the CARFAX to ensure the history has been read, understood, and signed by the client. The deprecation on these vehicles is the same as any other used vehicle. Bill Luke has made a very fair offer to re-purchase this vehicle, given 9 months of ownership and 20k miles of driving. Bill Luke has made every attempt to be fair and reasonable in this situation.

Bill like has not attempted to do anything but continue to rip me off. They offered to buy back my jeep for a fraction Of what it’s worth. That is NOT a resolution,it’s Bill Like trying to make more money on my vehicle. As far as disclosing that my vehicle Had a bad title They never told me it had a bad title or I would have never agreed to buying it. Bill like is full of excuses and they have no problem ripping off hard working consumers. There reply is deceitful.they are calculated liars. I have lost so much money it’s unreal No help from bill Luke. They are liars and fruads
