I’ve been dealing with this company for several years and the service department has become subpar. The new service advisors lack the interpersonal skills required for the position. I currently have an issue with a recent service I believe wasn't performed as a result of my vehicles performance. I did return to express my issues with no resolve. I foolishly entrusted my vehicle to a mechanic I never visually saw and I've never seen the repair shop. In life you learn and do better moving forward. They will lie about your credit score Do not buy from this dealership. They will lie about your credit score to screw you over on financing terms. I second guessed myself only to find out I shouldn't have. They lied and said my score was 40-50pts lower than the actual credit score and claimed it was because that's how car scores work. They will screw you over bring your credit score with you. Even after the evidence was presented they continued to try and carry the charade on. They are not trustworthy. They also sold me a car with a dead battery and rotted holding system. The only reason they get one star is their service department is excellent. Even though I shouldn't have had to take my newly purchased vehicle back 2 days after purchasing. More

We bought a used vehicle from them and at first glance all looked great. The carfax had reported a minor accident in the rear of the car. We asked that there service guys look at the body of the car to make sure no damage had occurred to the frame of the vehicle. They mentioned they dont take in vehicles with frame damage or extensive work so we need not worry. They mentioned they replaced the entire set of brakes and would have noticed anything out of the ordinary because they had the car lifted in the air to do so. They assured us that the rear of the vehicle was the only part of the vehicle with body work. We took the vehicle home and after its first wash everything began to reveal itself. All of the sudden we were noticing all sorts of paint issues on the hood, bumper, and paint chips all over that were not there until after the first car wash. I dont know if there is some sort of paint concealer or what because we sure didnt notice all the imperfections until we washed it the first time. The hood had definitely been repainted or replaced because it was really bad with paint runs all over and the clear coat on the bumper felt like sand paper. After further evaluation we found paint over spray and part of the bumper was not attached properly. After our findings we brought it to the attention of the dealership. After I pointed out there was no way they would not have seen the body work done while the car was in the air they would not either confirm or deny they new there had been front end work done. Bill Luke agreed to repaint the hood, "touch up the bumper", and re-seat the bumper so that it fit correctly. The hood looks pretty good, although I can see the slight color difference and they buffed some of the clear coat on the bumper its definitely far, far, far from perfect but it is all they said they would do for me. The bumper however is still not seated correctly and they are not planning on fixing it. I am super disappointed that they deceived and lied to us and will not be buying a car there ever again. Stay away from Bill Luke Fiat/Alpha Romeo. Update: I recently sold the car I bought from Bill Luke because of the many problems I was having. When I purchased it I also bought a very expensive warranty which I tried cancelling several times. The warranty company told me I had to cancel with the dealer I bought the warranty from. I left 3 messages with Bill Luke over the span of 1 month and never received a phone call back. I still have not been refunded my clients money. This is just one more reason to stay away from here More
