“I regret to inform you...” Saw the car I wanted online thru Bill Luke Fiat Tempe. Went in on Sunday, called on Tuesday, still had the car, told them I wanted it, got pre-approve Saw the car I wanted online thru Bill Luke Fiat Tempe. Called me Wed. to offer a better rate, set appt. to go in on Thurs p.m., left work 8:30 p.m. Wed. and received a text message “I regret to inform you....” They sold the car that I was planning to buy. I was a repeat buyer, and I specifically asked to be contacted if anyone showed interest, to give me the option of coming in sooner if needed.To me that’s terrible customer service. Clearly they do not care about the customer, it’s only about the money. More
