Finance manager Chris was very helpful in assisting to choose the right warranty/gap coverage to fit my budget. I went there for a used car I saw online and it was such an easy experience. I worked with Bud Thomas who was great. He was a straight shooter, didn't give me any of the typical salesmen talk or try to up-sell me. It was quite a different experience than the other dealerships in the area who talked to me as if I didn't do any research prior to going in and thought they could play the game with me. Here I got an easy experience and a great price. More

While filling out paperwork (and feeling pressured to buy an extended warranty), Steve said, "are you sure you don't want a warranty...it's a Ford." REALLY?!! Are you telling me you sell inferior products? After having my car 2 days, a tire pressure sensor alert popped up. I called the service department (and was on hold for 27 minutes) and was told it would be TWO WEEKS before they could look at it. Three weeks later I STILL haven't heard anything from them. Fortunately my husband can fix anything. I WOULD NOT recommend Bill Luke Fiat. Very disappointing experience. More
