They knew I was willing to accept a low ball trade in offer because I was wanting to buy something. I accepted that offer to make things easier. Worst sales tactics ever I texted the sales rep using the chat module on the website. The lady was so rude when I said I wanted to pay cash for the car rather than finance. Sh I texted the sales rep using the chat module on the website. The lady was so rude when I said I wanted to pay cash for the car rather than finance. She stated that if I didn't want to finance then I should look elsewhere. She then said cash is no longer king which means if they can hide tons of extra fees within a financing application and charge $38,000.00 for a $17,000.00 car. Stay away from this stealership at all cost. More
