Very unhappy with the entire service department, they have been completely unresponsive for many days regarding what is wrong with my vehicle (under warranty), although they paid for the rental car, it doesn't give them the right to not communicate with me. When I escalated this to the new service manager, I couldn't get a call back and finally went to Eric Luke (one of the owners). Still no response. WORST DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT EVER!
