Upon our arrival, she turned us over to Paul Minter. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed us all the 2014 4WD Tahoe's & Suburban's. After we settled on one, he let us take it for a short drive. After we decided on our Suburban, he was very efficient and helpful on getting our trade-in defined and valued. He then insured that the vehicle was properly prepped & detailed. Robert Traslavina was also very friendly and helpful in working through the finance process. Through our whole experience, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Our overall experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived at Bill Luke Fiat and met Jeff Jerde, I could tell it was going to be a different process than what I have experienced in the past. Normally, Car salesmen have a reputation of not always being very honest. Jeff and the entire staff you could tell were a different breed, they were all very nice and you could tell they were genuinely interested in my search and not just looking for the next sale. Now back to Jeff, he was phenomenal with the entire process which entailed answering about 50 text messages from me including on his days off. I really appreciate the entire staff working with me; I would definitely recommend and go back in the future to Bill Luke Fiat. More

Tahoe Purchase After getting run around by three other dealerships in the valley, I found a 2013 Chevy Tahoe for sale at Bill Luke. I was greeting (as usual) when I After getting run around by three other dealerships in the valley, I found a 2013 Chevy Tahoe for sale at Bill Luke. I was greeting (as usual) when I stepped out of my car, but by a very friendly gentleman Bruce Mortensen who nonchalantly asked what I was looking for. He took me to the truck, opened up before I could get to it, gave me a test drive. I was interested in the tahoe, so I walked in and was getting numbers when Bruce introduced me to Bud Thomas. Best hand off ever. Bud was intelligent, had insights into the process, explained everything in detail and was straight up. I was in and out in 45 minutes (and half of that was because of my terrible trade in that they were nice enough to give me more than any of the other three dealers). I bought the tahoe that day, partially because it was no nonsense, and a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and especially Bud. More
