Hello Brian, I have no interest in receiving a free oil change, or anything else, from Bill Page Honda. I already have a free oil change from the Honda dealer I purchased my vehicle from. Secondly, I recall hearing from Ms. Goff that he (Carlos) was busy in the back with a customer when we arrived that day. Now, either you are being dishonest in the initial email you sent me or Ms Goff was being dishonest. Either way, this is further proof as to why I don't want to do any business with Bill Page Honda.
