So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

I brought my 2‑year‑old Honda Accord with only 23k miles to Joyce Koons Honda for routine service and was immediately met with a long list of “recommended” BG services totaling over $700. This included a BG fuel induction service, BG A/C evaporator cleaning, BG air flow/MAF cleaning, and a $104 cabin air filter. None of these items are part of Honda’s maintenance schedule at this mileage, and several are services a car this new and with this mileage does not need. After I declined the work, the dealership didn’t let it go. I received three separate follow‑up calls trying to get me to return for the same unnecessary services, even offering a 10% discount. The repeated outreach made it clear these recommendations were driven by sales goals rather than genuine vehicle care. This experience left me with the impression that upselling takes priority over honest, manufacturer‑based maintenance guidance.

I initially left a review because I was experiencing multiple issues with my tires and extremely poor customer service. I later received a call back as a result of that review, but unfortunately, the experience only confirmed my concerns. During my interactions, I was talked over, hung up on, and ultimately not serviced at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect was unacceptable. Martin Romero is easily one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Based on this experience, I highly recommend that you do not bring your car here. 0 out of 10 — do not recommend.
