I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. Big thank you to Kevin Guthe. As for the other guys taking my vehicle and transporting me to and from the dealership, you'll are the best. Thank you'll for making my experience a good one. We purchased a car at Waldorf Honda last year in August, and we decided to include the 3 year warranty that we were offered (mostly to cover any issues that might come up with the electronics, slider door etc.). Last month (August) I took the car to Honda Annapolis to have work done under the warranty (lift gate, one of the slider doors, etc.). I called Waldorf Honda to get more info on the warranty when Annapolis Honda wasn't able to pull it up, only to be informed that our warranty "couldn't be registered within x amount of weeks" after the purchase and so it was canceled. They said that they mailed us a notice and a check that previous fall. I never received a notice or a check, nor did they reissue a check or reach out after it remained uncashed for over 6 months. I don't know if someone forgot to file the paperwork or what but, it's extremely frustrating to go a year thinking you have warranty coverage, only to suddenly find out you need to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Not to mention, if I had never tried to use the warranty, I probably never would've gotten back the money that we paid for it. The entire thing screams shady, irresponsible, and bad business.
