Wanted to purchase a Rav from this dealer and test drove with Jimique (Jimmy), he was great and I wanted to buy from him. We showed up and he wasn’t there so Ramsee Miller and John Smith were handling us. Ramsee was talking about Jimmy in a negative way and laughed at the vehicle I was driving. They brought a car estimate for six thousands dollars over what Jimmy initially told us and what the car was worth. Not to mention that it was eight thousands dollars over the toyota website and KBB market value. Found a better dealer not far away with a RAV4 Hybrid with every feature! Save your time, go elsewhere. More

My wife and I came to bill Penny looking to lower our payment from our current vehicle and find something that would fit our family of six. We were very interested in some used mini vans and willing to t payment from our current vehicle and find something that would fit our family of six. We were very interested in some used mini vans and willing to trade our 2020 Hyundai Palisade. After seeing there was nothing that peaked our interest, the salesman showed us a brand new 2022 Outlander. The car is very nice and had a third row just like we needed. Well, after buying the vehicle, which was mostly a smooth process, the next day we loaded up the car (which includes a 1 month old car seat, a two year old car seat, a 17yr and a 10 yr old 😳 we quickly discovered this car could not fit our needs. After calling two days after purchase and 100 miles later, these people are not willing to take the car back. They said we would take a loss on it because it was used now. Even though we purchased it with 345 miles on it and only put a 100on it. I was willing to swap it for a used mini van of theirs even though I wanted our car back but they told us that was not an option. After looking at the contract they have a lot of fees that they do not mention. Like a $600 docking fee, aka a fake fee and a $998 dealer fee. Oh and we were told this a 4.1 interest rate and it was a 4.28. They really did get over on us good 😀 I hope it feels great to screw over a family with 4 kids with two of the kids being babie. More

Three months ago I brought in my brother to look for a Tacoma truck, and the salesman was nice and help us found the truck we want then John Smith's turn come to talk with us about the price/deal. He was mean and rude to us then we decided to walk out and went to Serra dealership to buy the truck for my brother. Yesterday, my wife and I went the dealership to look for a 2021 Rav4 for our daughter. Mr. Vernon Mason was very nice and professional, he helped us found the Rav4 we want, then come the floor manager John Smith turn. The moment I saw John came, I knew immediately that he was going to ruin everything we work for. Again he was rude and acted like he does not care to make the sale. We are a business owner and we always treat and care our clients with respect and professional. Now we may have go to Serra again for the car or even thinking to get a Honda CRV for our daughter because we are sick of Mr Smith behavior. Very bad experience, unprofessional. Have a good day. More
So my wife brought her Toyota Prius to Bill Penney Toyota 6/15 for a new 12v battery installed.This battery is installed under the hood not in the rear of the vehicle. The battery was $188.40. When questioned about that cost they said because it took them an hour to install it and she could talk to the installer if she had an issue. Pretty rude service and I'd be shocked if it took an hour to install that battery. Anyway, we will not be getting her vehicle serviced there anymore. More

Ed Begovic - the sales manager - kept me updated with the status of my order as the truck was being built and Tim Bunch - the finance manager - was easy to deal with as he FedEx'ed the contracts to my home since I live 4 hours away. This is the 3rd new vehicle we've bought here in the last 7 years and we look forward to continuing to do so. More
