have to share about the experience i had with this dealership. I went to purchase a used tocoma and did so had a pretty decent experience until we were ready to wrap things up. During the process of use purchasing the truck we ask Zish the sales person if we were getting two sets of keys and was told yeas. When we were getting ready to live we were told we were only getting one key and they would work on the other. Went in today and was told its not there responsibility I could purchase one for 450 dollars at the parts desk. Very upsetting to be lied to just to make a sale and to de treated like a child by the sales manager was pretty crappie. I would not recommend this place if your looking for a new vehicle. Ones you sine the paperwork you become a dog if you ask them to hold up there side of things. This was a 50k used truck and I had know problem at holding up my bargain with my ride I traded in. Never again will I be returning until they decide to do things right. Also ask Tim the Business manager as well. More
