But they told they will charge more to get new vehicle from other location. Most importantly, we got vehicle from other location when our preferred color and model not available in the lot and for the best price compared to other dealers. All other staff were nice and friendly. More

Great Overall Experence on our New Car Purchase Kevin McCarthy, our salesman, made selecting our new car a pleasurable experience. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He got us the sale and trade-in prices we wanted, quickly responded to my phone and text inquiries (he was the only one in the sales department I had to deal with) and has continued to help after the sale. Our experience with finalizing the paperwork through the finance department was not as good. We spent well over two hours on what should have taken half an hour, and had to endure a hard sell to both finance the car (I was paying cash) and purchase an extended warranty. Since I had encountered similar tactics when purchasing our 2010 Camry Hybrid at Bill Penney, I expect this is standard company or finance department procedure and something buyers should be prepared for.. I'd also like to complement the Bill Penney service department. I've used them for over 14 years for both my 2002 and 2010 Camrys, which are still running well!
