Great Experience I was just looking online at some cars and Matt a sales rep from Bill Penny emailed me and told me to come in and look at some cars. Bad situation made better! On Chriatmas Eve, my Jeep broke down, and it was going to cost $6000 in repairs. I only owed $8000, and the repairs wouldn't be garaunteed. Toyota worked diligently to find me the perfect car and work out a payment in my favor. They were able to get me discounts I needed in order for the vehicle to work in my budget. I bought a 2015 Corolla, and I LOVE it. They were so good to us, and continue to show help and support with any of our needs and concerns. I recommend Bill Penney 100%. Good Deal on Camry I traded for a 2015 Camry on 2 Jan - the last day of the sale/quarter. I stopped in during Nov and checked out a Camry and then had a work trip and t I traded for a 2015 Camry on 2 Jan - the last day of the sale/quarter. Chris the sales manager did offer to not charge us for the white pearl paint that we didn't even realized cost more. However after being excited about our purchase the hard sale started when we were sent to talk to Victor the business manager. We were unprepared, because we usually do not buy new cars, when presented with lots of numbers and options for purchasing extended warranties and maintenance options. Perhaps we felt pressure because we were unprepared for this aspect but it was not pleasant. Victor did back off and gave us till the next day to make a decision allowing us time to research the options. We decided not to purchase any of the warranties or maintenance packages. Unfortunately we left the dealership feeling frustrated rather than excited about our purchase. There were some mistakes made on our paperwork, one that would have been in our favor and the other one was an incorrect VIN number. Mistakes that anyone could easily make so understandable but make sure you add up your costs, numbers etc. and check that VIN number is correct. I would still recommend this dealership and feel that we received a good deal for our new Prius. More
