When my wife and I arrived, we only had intentions of test driving and researching information on vehicles, but not purchasing. Matt respected us of that and helped us with all the information we needed and never once crossed the line or pushed us into buying a vehicle. We were so thrilled at the excellent customer service he gave us that we decided to discuss prices. The negotiation process was spectacular and was the quickest experience I ever had at a dealership when purchasing a car. We left with a new 2014 Highlander and have not regretted a moment of it. The only negative thing about the visit was when we were with the financial representative Drew. I didn't feel as friendly with him, yet it was more business and get it done atmosphere in there. When working with Matt, he became personal with us and opened up. We had great discussions in the midst of everything else. A fine salesman who deserves to go to the top.
