SALES IS GREAT EXCEPT FOR CYNTHIA I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS.HAD TO ASK FOR HELP PROGRAMING THE DVD PLAYERS BUT GOT A GREAT GUY. WISH HE WAS STILL OVER THE INSTALL OF THEM. HE DID IT LAST CAR AND TURNED OUT WAS.HAD TO ASK FOR HELP PROGRAMING THE DVD PLAYERS BUT GOT A GREAT GUY. WISH HE WAS STILL OVER THE INSTALL OF THEM. HE DID IT LAST CAR AND TURNED OUT GREAT. WOULDN'T USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN IF THEY PAID ME TOO. NO REASON TO HAVE SOMEONE TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE THE BAD PERSON WHEN THEY MAKE OF MESS OF THE INSIDE OF YOUR NEW CAR WITH A SODA SPILL ON YOUR LEATHER, PACKS THE STUFF YOU TOLD THEM NOT TO INTO A BOX. PUT HEADREST WITH GREASE ON THEM IN THE FRONT FLOOR ALONG WITH THE BOX OF CONTROLLER AND HEADPHONES TO THE DVD PLAYERS THEY JUST INSTALLED. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE DVD PLAYERS WORK WITH THE CONTROLLERS AND HEADPHONES IF YOU NEVER EVEN PUT THE BATTERIES IN THEM. THEN THE FIX IS HAVE A GUY CLEAN THE SEAT AND OFFER TO KEEP YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT AND DETAIL IT. I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH MY 15 YEAR OLD CAR AGAIN. CERTAINLY NOT A THE NEW ONE THAT JUST MADE A MESS IN. THEN THE PERSON THAT TREATED YOU SO BAD CHANGES AS SOON AS HER BOSS SHOWS UP AND IS ALL NICE BUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE SHE WAS DONE WITH YOU AND WALKED AWAY. THEN AFTER TALKING ABOUT HOW BAD THEY TREATED YOUR CAR SHE SETS HER BUTT ON THE BUMPER OF YOUR BRAND NEW CAR LIKE HER BUTT BELONGED THERE. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE SHE DID IT. REALLY PEOPLE. I DON'T SIT ON THE BUMPER OF MY NEW CAR, WHO GAVE HER THAT RIGHT. THEN TO HAVE THE SERVICE PEOPLE STAND THERE AND SAY WE DIDN'T DO IT WHEN THE CAR ONLY HAD 158 MILES ON IT AND MOST OF THAT WAS TAKING IT HOME AND BRINGING IT BACK FOR THE INSTALL AND TAKING IT TO GET TAGS. SERVICE MANAGER CALLED TO GET US TO COME BACK BUT I CAN'T TRUST THE SERVICE GUYS AND I KNOW NOW THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE CAR WHILE THEY HAVE IT THE SERVICE GUYS WILL NO TELL THE TRUTH. I WILL PAY FOR SERVICE BEFORE I WOULD RETURN FOR THE FREE SERVICES THERE. More

Came in for service and purchased a new 2012 Rav 4. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Took a test drive and loved the vehicle. All purchases should be pane-less and without pressure. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry SE from Bill Penney last Saturday. I worked with Josh Steele and Roberto Diaz and those guys were awesome. This is my 2nd purchase from Bill Penney and I have been very pleased on both occasions. The price and service was outstanding. Josh was very pleasant and Roberto was very great to work with. I told my friend about this dealership and he is coming up on the 14th of this month to check them out as well. Hopefully he will get the same outstanding treatment. There was no pressure in the process, no trickery, no arrogance, no bullying...My sales assistant, Frank Munoz was really calm, courteous, and kind. He guided me very respectfully through the process and provided the comfort I needed to get the job done. The finance team members were just as respectful and paperwork went like a breeze. Greg, the auto service manager, showed me how to get the most service from my vehicle. The car was turned over to me washed and full of gas. Thiswas a first. Wow, I love this kind of treatment!
