We purchased another Toyota from Bill Penney (our third). After an web search we knew what we wanted and what we were prepared to pay. To be honest, I was dreading the whole car buying experience. We all know that buying a car typically isnt fun or pleasant for anyone. I had done my research so i was prepared for anything I thought would be thrown my way. To my surprise, I had a very easy, non stressful, somewhat enjoyable car buying experience. Thankfully, I just happened to meet Bruce Lee the day I showed up at the dealership. He is not what you expect a car sales man to be like. He didn't pressure me ever with anything, didn't harass me by calling me all the time, completely straight forward and to the point. Not to forget, very nice and personable and made sure that I got the exact car I wanted. The manager, which I cannot remember his name (sorry!), also came over to speak with me and my husband which I thought was very professional and made me feel like this dealership was going to get my business. The dealership did not have the exact car I wanted at that time so they tracked one down for me. When my car came in and I started the paperwork process, I met Vic Heartsill. He did an excellent job making sure I got the best rate and payment that i wanted. We sat in his office with him sitting across from us the whole time, running the numbers for financing and drawing up the papers until the process was completed. He was very pleasant and personable as well. I will definitely use Bill Penney again and recommend them and Bruce Lee to others. More
