They gauge used car prices well above the MSRP. Their prices are not reasonable compared to dealerships within a 1-hour driving radius. I've found better deals with CarMax, and they ship cars to Hu Their prices are not reasonable compared to dealerships within a 1-hour driving radius. I've found better deals with CarMax, and they ship cars to Huntsville (for test driving) from around the nation for a reasonable fee. I've also seen better deals with Greenway Shoals Toyota. I hope Bill Penny's intention is not to take advantage of the so-called 'shortage' of cars. That primarily applies to new vehicles that need smart chips. I hope they reset their prices to reasonable rates that local customers can afford. More

Service department the past three times With an appointment has had me wait 5+ hours. They will not update you without you asking upfront and tell you, when you come it will be just a few hours. Now have 2020 RAV4 that was purchased at BillPenny and Delmon Davis has ta Been using for 22 years--they kept my 1999 4runner running for 20 years. Now have 2020 RAV4 that was purchased at BillPenny and Delmon Davis has taken care of the servicing for me.
