We had such a great experience buying our new car... something we hadn't anticipated! To begin, Sam Cerelli, our salesperson was so friendly and knowledgeable, but he was never pushy or high pressure. something we hadn't anticipated! It was clear that he wanted us to find a car that we liked and would enjoy driving, and we felt that he was sincere about it, even if that meant if wasn't a Subaru. To be honest, we had pretty much decided on a Honda CRV but after taking one test drive in the Subaru Outback, there was no contest! Sam was incredibly informed about the features of both cars which was helpful to us as we weighed the pros and cons of each. But frankly, there weren't very many cons (or any) for the Subaru. For about the same price, did we get leather seats? No. But we still got heated seats in a much more comfortable car with a smoother ride and a more powerful engine. Additionally, the cargo space in the Outback is better designed than the CRV. We also got heated side-view mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with a compass, and a much better dashboard display plus a number of other amenities the CRV didn't offer in our price range. We are so glad we decided to go with the Outback, and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated by Sam Cerelli and Bill Rapp Subaru. Sam has been so responsive to our questions and when you call him, if he is unavailable, he calls as soon as he is. We were very impressed with everything about Sam and would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a Subaru!! We also want to give a shout-out to Business Manager, Sean Abbott. He could not have been nicer or easier to work with. We don't buy a new car that often, but we would not hesitate to return to Bill Rapp Subaru when it is time to purchase another car. We love our new Forester touring model. We had a really nice salesman who didn’t push extra things and he had answers for absolutely everything in terms of how the car worked. It was difficult to find a car because many of the plants are on sort of a slower production in 2020, but it arrived and we promptly were notified and could pick it up. We were able to have our trade-in evaluated at from our home on a link. That was very helpful to us. We submitted pictures they gave us a quote and it was twice as much as we had been offered at another dealership. More

Again, Bill Rap Subaru won my approval. While driving , my tire pressure light came on. I saw a screw in my tire. Bill Scoville made the process of leased vehicle return and new lease very easy in these days of COVID, since I was able to complete a lot of the paperwork online. Arnell Tiric was very helpful in demons and new lease very easy in these days of COVID, since I was able to complete a lot of the paperwork online. Arnell Tiric was very helpful in demonstrating some of the new features of my vehicle. A few negatives: The new lease was considerably more expensive than my old one for essentially the same car and I was told that this was due to Subaru’s changed valuation of the residual value. I got no discount for the very low mileage on my old car or for being a loyal Subaru customer - this is my 3rd lease. I expected more and might consider switching to a different car in the future. I found the new system of dealing with different staff a bit confusing and preferred it when the sales person handled everything. Both Bill and Arnell were appropriately masked, but the Business Manager came to speak with me briefly and his mask was not covering his nose. It made me uncomfortable since I’m in a high-risk category due to age. More
