Sales overview We have bought the last 4 cars at Bill Ray. I am so disappointed this last purchase. I had bought a Nissan Altima. I know it wasn’t what I wanted as We have bought the last 4 cars at Bill Ray. I am so disappointed this last purchase. I had bought a Nissan Altima. I know it wasn’t what I wanted as soon as I drove it home on Weds. i called sales person and he said there isn’t anything they can do. Call the sales manager maybe he can help. Spoke to him and he said I would have to talk to owner. I tried several times he never called back. So I went in person. Mr. Ray said they don’t have take care back but he would, so the charged me for the car I had for 5 days and didn’t drive due to I knew I didn’t want it. 10,000 dollars later. I got the rogue I wanted and ripped off. See My husband had just passed and I have never bought a car. He had worked in the car business for over 40 years. I feel I was taken advandged of.
