Didn’t have an issue with anyone but I was quoted 800 bucks for my fix, that I,not having any mechanical experience, got my car fixed for 110 bucks. That was the cost of the part. Every time I use this service department everyone is super nice and helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Robert Simmons the last few times I've been in and he just might be my favorite. He is ver super nice and helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Robert Simmons the last few times I've been in and he just might be my favorite. He is very personable, professional, and helpful. I really appreciate all his help and attention to details. He keeps me informed of all that's going on with my service and always explains all my options. I bought my Nissan at another dealership but because of how well I am treated here, I've not gone back to my original dealership. Thank you guys for everything! More

When I bought my 2019 Frontier truck I paid extra for the VIP service and for four years I received free oil changes as I was told I would receive, Thursday I was informed in the future I would only get the VIP service and for four years I received free oil changes as I was told I would receive, Thursday I was informed in the future I would only get the oil free but would have to pay OVER FIFTY DOLLORS FOR THE SERVICE. A totally outrageous fee! I also found out I was supposed to get tire rotation but never received it. I am totally disgusted with the dealership and will take my business elsewhere now!!! More
