I have only used this service center in the preparation of my new vehicle for delivery. The vehicle was clean and well presented and the technician (whose name I forget) was helpful and knowledgable. I called late Friday afternoon after finding a screw in my tire. Mary answered my call and since it was toolate to bring it in, she made an apporintment for me on Saturday to look at the tire to see if it my tire. I told her I didn't recall if I had the road hazard coverage, but it needed to be replaced if it could not be patched. She took the extra step and called me back wiithin 15 minutes to tell me she looked up my records and I did have it. She then said she would note it on my appointment with Ryan. That's going well above and beyond good customer service. MANY thanks to her and Ryan. They were both most helpful in checking the coverage and replacing the tire. More
