As being a customer for years with Bill Ray Nissan, I didn’t appreciate how I was treated when I arrived to pickup my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum. When asked the young for my keys even told her what the didn’t appreciate how I was treated when I arrived to pickup my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum. When asked the young for my keys even told her what they looked like she refused to hand them over to me. I explained why I needed them. It was simply to locked my car doors while it was cooling off. I ask Nissan never put me in that basket of others I’m not that lady. I felt racial discriminated because of someone else behavior. I reassured the young lady that will never happy to me again. I respect everyone, and I expect the same. She did apologize as well as I did so. So now, moving forward we won’t have this problem anymore. I thank you for time and service.
