This weekend we purchased our third vehicle from Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood. David Crayne was our sale consultant, and Philip Copeland was the finance manager we worked with. This was the smoothest auto pur Nissan in Longwood. David Crayne was our sale consultant, and Philip Copeland was the finance manager we worked with. This was the smoothest auto purchase we have ever made, and we have made quite a few, in fact at one point my husband said this is too easy I must be dreaming. We actually had a good time and that's not something you generally say about the process of buying a car. We told them what we needed and they made it happen. I will be buying my future vehicles at Bill Ray Nissan and telling others about our very positive experience. More

From the time I walked in, even though I was late for my appointment (I am sorry), and to the time I left with my new, used car. David Crayne and his team were all great, and I could not believe I was walki appointment (I am sorry), and to the time I left with my new, used car. David Crayne and his team were all great, and I could not believe I was walking away with another car, just like I did in 2013 when I bought my 2012 Nissan Rogue. I was supposed to wander and look around, and never expected to walk away with a car, and I loved every bit of it. Thank you, David and Brad, and everyone involved in the processing and getting my car out of the market so I could be in a new, used car. Everything about it is perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart More

I went in there with very specific requests and what David respected what my concerns were. He did not play games, he heard me and did his best to fulfill what worked best for me. The Nissan products are solid, but it’s the service and staff that earns my loyalty. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Bill Ray because the price is right, and the service department keeps my vehicle staff that earns my loyalty. They get me in on time and do the job right the first time. Zach and Jake get it done. More
