Tony greeted me immediately and during the consult, gave me an estimate and approximate time frame for the work to be done. Gave me an update to inform me that the biggest issue ( door lock actuator) and ma me an estimate and approximate time frame for the work to be done. Gave me an update to inform me that the biggest issue ( door lock actuator) and maintenance work was still under my extended warranty and that the frightful initial cost estimate came down to under $30. I had forgotten about the extended warranty so Tony became my hero that day! (Proud of my past self for having the forethought to buy said warranty 😏) Apparently the service department was short staffed that day and of course busy. They kept us updated and amused with those updates. Professional staff! More
