I use to go for the great service. This time they keep my car for the day and it took me almost 5 calls to get a response on when would it be ready. They did complete the oil change and service but fail to do a good inspection of the car as one of the stop lights (back passenger side ) was out I called ahead before picking it up for the light they told me they did not checked but they will before I arrived they found out that I was corrrct the light needs replacement but they were swamped with work they told me they would send me a quote and that I could either wait now or come tomorrow to have the light replaced I left and have not yet received any quote or follow up I am going to replace the light myself but gets me thinking of the so call 100 plus inspections are actually done because the lights you will think alongside the vehicle fluid are a no brainer to check and find issues right out of the get go. So is it really worth go to Nissan for the service as I can have it down way cheaper elsewhere? More
