I had an overall positive experience. The service advisor assigned, tony, was very helpful, kind and thourough. My only complaint would be the lack of communication while they had my car. I was told the initial diagnostic would take max 3 hours, the issue with my car was a stumper of sorts so it took much longer. I understood that they needed more time to diagnose the issue but I was still expecting a call after 3 hours. I wasn’t contacted until almost 9 hours after I brought my car in. They had not been able to figure out the issue yet and requested to hold it overnight. The more and more time that passed after that initial 3 hours just made me more anxious. Even though they hadn’t determined what was wrong yet, I would have appreciated them telling me “hey we aren’t sure what the problem is yet, but we will get back to you whenever we make a discovery”. Just the lack of communication I found very anxiety inducing considering I had no ability to leave it overnight and needed it for the next day. More

I Reported front end noise which was diagnosed by the dealer who sold me the car. I was told no noise, no problem. However, I spend 6-8 hours in the car, daily and experience it all day long. I had been taking my car to Toyota for years, but when you discover that people are not honest with you or trying to rip you off, it's time to distance yourself from them. Most of the people I see come in are seniors, probably on a fixed income, not rich but still need to get their cars taken care of. This dealership seems to keep prices at a rate that even fixed income people can afford the service that Nissan offers. More
