Outstanding Service Center Employee! Zach Don was the only employee holding down the fort when I dropped my car off for service yesterday. The phone was ringing off the hook and other customers coming in. Zach was extremely patient and professional with each customer. He answered each call, let the caller know he was with a customer and would get right back to them. There had been some computer issues during the day which he explained slowed the service on my vehicle down. Zach told me in detail what services were completed on my vehicle even though he stayed late to get his work completed. He did all this with a smile and professionalism. Bill and Debbie you MUST keep this employee!! More
