I purchased my vehicle remotely, and the entire process was smooth and easy, even though I wasn’t able to see the vehicle in person before purchasing. Jose and Carol were both extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated their communication and willingness to help. The vehicle was delivered to me in Oregon and everything went exactly as expected.
