I recently had my car declined for inspection. The 2 things they rejected it for, they’ve passed the last 3 years. I have proof of it. And nothing has changed July 1st for inspections. They also wanted to change both front and back brake pads and they had already been changed two years ago by Mr. Smith Auto. I feel like they take advantage of women. I also heard a woman on the phone another time, ask if they could speak to her husband because she wasn’t familiar with cars and he declined everything that they said they needed to do. I will never take my car back to Ford. They are untrustworthy and unreliable. More

Went in for an oil change and the customer service lady tried to force me into tires that weren't made for my vehicle. They inspected my 2022 Explorer two months prior (5K miles difference) and now, she su tried to force me into tires that weren't made for my vehicle. They inspected my 2022 Explorer two months prior (5K miles difference) and now, she suggested I get a specific set of 4 tires. I looked at them and price matched Costco tires. Further research proved her suggested tires weren't made for my vehicle. Incompetent snake in the grass. She said if they were mounted I was stuck with them. The gentleman overhearing all of this jumped in to rectify the situation. I left 2 hours after my appointment time. I advise you skip the headache until she is fired. More
