Larry and Mike were great and made our experience wonderful. With a ONE week old and a 3 year old they made sure to have everything setup and filled out for us so that once we arrived the time was mi wonderful. Crystal was extremely rude to me and Fred gave me false information. I took my Ford focus on for a simple jerk when shifting I had an appointment and was told they overbooked online so I had to wait 4hours information. I got my car back and it was STILL jerking and worse. Crystal and Fred both said it just needed to be driven. A day later I almost get in a car accident bc the transmission went out now I have no vehicle. And when I called for an emergency appointment and a courtesy vehicle or rental car for work they didn't have any hung up on me saying they would call back and NEVER did. Took my Explorer in because it was misfiring pretty badly and the check engine light came on. They identified a few other problems (as always), and changed a spark plug.
