I’ve had this car for two years, and it’s been one problem after another. Last week, I finally took it to the dealership because it has been making a loud noise when it starts—a problem I’ve been repo problem after another. Last week, I finally took it to the dealership because it has been making a loud noise when it starts—a problem I’ve been reporting for over a year. It took that long for someone at the dealership to actually hear it and believe me, and told me to schedule a service appointment. After they inspected it, I was told, “That’s just how the car is,” and that Ford won’t replace the part unless it actually fails or is damaged. So what was the point of scheduling the appointment? Just to be told there’s nothing they can do? This will be my last Ford vehicle. I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. More
