Had to take it back several times to get it right. My salesman Phil was great. But the the service department was not. They were to paint the bumper due to a blemish and clean out some mystery residue My salesman Phil was great. But the the service department was not. They were to paint the bumper due to a blemish and clean out some mystery residue in the trunk. When I got it back, the car was not painted correctly and trunk not cleaned. Car smelled like decay on the inside. Took it back for repaint and detail to get rid of residue and smell. Repaint done better but car detailing was shoddy i.e. streaks and missed dirt spots and the decay smell was still there. I ended up finding the smell in the car mats that had not been cleaned. I will throw them away and clean the trunk carpet they layed on to get ride of the residual smell. Seems like they were in a hurry and did not pay attention to details. More

Poor communication In the past, when I have brought my car in for an oil change I have been told it wold be 1 hour, 1 hour turned into 2 or more. Requested a shuttle, In the past, when I have brought my car in for an oil change I have been told it wold be 1 hour, 1 hour turned into 2 or more. Requested a shuttle, was called a little over an hour later telling me my car was ready, asked to have the shuttle to pick me up. 2 hours later shuttle did not arrive, called and was transferred to customer service, had to leave a voice mail - 45 minutes later still no return call or shuttle left another voice mail. NO return call, called back and spoke to someone in the service center - he called the shuttle driver. Shuttle driver had never been called. More

After we provided the required information to USAA, they forwarded it to multiple dealers in our area. We had specific requirements that none of the contacted dealers could meet with their current inventory. Mike Rodriquez at Bill Utter Ford was the only sales person to take the initiative to find a vehicle that met our requirements elsewhere. Once we approved his find, he got it to his location, and sold it to us for the same price that he would have given us for an in - stock vehicle. Once the vehicle was received, the sales process went smoothly, with no surprises. So, even though Bill Utter Ford is not the Ford dealership that is closest to our house, we will likely go there first the next time that we are looking for a Ford. More

Phil kept us apprised of the progress of our car, it had some minor trim pieces to be repaired. he kne from start to end this was a great experience.
