Incomplete service I came in for 15,000 mile check and oil change. After talking to agent, I added tire rotation because of the special that they were running. When I walked back to truck, it had not been washed. Makes me question if other services were performed. Next service, I will probably just go to Ford dealer in Decatur since it is closer, rather than drive an hour to come to Utter Ford More

Waited 2.5 hours to get a tire changed Normally this service center is pretty accurate with their times for length of wait. Not this time. I went in because of a tire sensor light and was told it was a nail in my sidewall. Take 30-40 minutes to take care of. Not even close. First they tried to charge me $70 more for the tire then anywhere else. When I showed him my search on the tire I was told then they price match. If I didn’t know any better or knew how to search on my phone, I would have paid the extra money. I should have followed my instinct and taken it to discount tire. At least 30 minutes there is 30 minutes. And when I get a price on a tire I’m not worried that I’m getting ripped off. More
