Been here 3x for oil change and tire rotation for 49.99 per their “special”. First time it took 2 hours at quick lane. No big deal, but zero communication that it wasn’t going to be the “usual” 45 min. The per their “special”. First time it took 2 hours at quick lane. No big deal, but zero communication that it wasn’t going to be the “usual” 45 min. Then, Not once but twice I have now been over charged for a Works oil change on a Honda. The synthetic for synthetic blend is understandable, but also for 5 quarts of it (even though it’s still Motorola oil per the coupon) vs the 3.7 it actually takes. When supervisor comes over after incredulous that I don’t understand why it’s $63 vs 50 and does nothing. Want to use them as super convenient, but if they will overcharge w no remorse for maintenance, what will they do for an actual repair? they have lost the Business of our 4 vehicles permanently. Hope the extra $24 was worth it for them. More
