The rep was friendly and helpful and service was fast. I was shopping for tires. Don was excellent. He provided different options with pricing and pros and cons. After making my decision, Don placed the order for the tires, and we scheduled my return visit. I s different options with pricing and pros and cons. I gave 5 stars for the sales/service portion. However, there was a surprise. There was a charge for paying with a credit card. It cost me $40+ to use a credit card. I could have brought cash or a check if I had known. I can see this charge being $100-200. It is significant enough to research other service shops. This is coming from someone who hates shopping.
