I have used Danny Morris and his team in the Service Department at Bill Utter Ford for the past 25 years. Danny is the best and most reliable Service Manager that I have ever encountered. I moved to A Department at Bill Utter Ford for the past 25 years. Danny is the best and most reliable Service Manager that I have ever encountered. I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago and I still bring my Ford Expedition back to Bill Utter Ford in Denton for service and repairs when I return to Denton twice a year. I have used other Ford and other Service Departments in other states when I have to and many times they will charge you for work they did not do and tell you things need repair when they do not. I trust Danny implicitly and even call him from other states for his council on my car repairs and service. Thanks Danny and Bill Utter Ford. Keep up the good work. More
Last time I brought my truck in for oil change about 2 weeks ago. I drove in the bay no one came out and the advisors were not busy with people. I had to go in and get someone attention to help me. Poor communications, Clean and comfortable waiting area. Vehicle was in for oil change and a recall. was told one to two days to complete due to lack of technicians. Dropped off vehicle around 4pm on Monday. did not hear anything so I called on Wednesday afternoon around 3pm and the vehicle had not even been assigned to a technician. Did not hear anything from the service department until Thursday afternoon that it had been assigned to a tech and was being worked on. Vehicle was complete on Thursday afternoon. I was also told that there was no vehicles available to use while my vehicle was in for service but if I wanted one it would 2 weeks before they could schedule me for an appointment. Keep in mind part of the service was a safety recall. More

The car wash was forgotten, until I reminded them, charged for rotation and oil change. The first service agent I dealt with was so over worked he could not properly do his job. The second agent was to busy flirting with a young lady on the drive that he was distracted and could not give good service. More
While I gave Dillon Love and the technicians a high rating, I am very disappointed to learn that the part replaced (Purge Valve) was not covered by the warranty you sold me. This part failed--it was no rating, I am very disappointed to learn that the part replaced (Purge Valve) was not covered by the warranty you sold me. This part failed--it was not a fair, wear, and tear issue, rather it is a critical part to the emissions system that failed without any negligence on my part. I ask that someone working with warranty matters to review this invoice (395594) and, ultimately, determine that is was not my fault that the part was worn it--it was the manufacturer's fault and the warranty advisor's fault that I had to spend this amount to repair my vehicle. More
