Horrible experience Went in for an oil change and routine things they recommended and my truck came out shaking which was not doing before, they took it back and changed Went in for an oil change and routine things they recommended and my truck came out shaking which was not doing before, they took it back and changed the spark plugs and said that was the issue. Which they have never mentioned this was wrong with it. Next day the truck turning off randomly while driving and check engine light came on. They broke the part where the battery goes and it was not making a good connection and we finally figure that out. We hope that was all that was going on, not planning on going back there will stick to Stanley Ford where we bought the vehicle even if its a longer drive. The person that made my appointment was fabulous the work done was not, maybe someone training not sure. More
My experience was average to good, Dave Underwood, and Quincy are very good people. I know Carl Anderson well, good man. Don Swift is a good service guy so far. I'm not too certain why I need to say at least twenty-five words but here goes. I have had a few problems with the truck. It is low miles for a 2013 (79,000) but I have had issues with the cruise control, one of the turbos, and the a/c coil has a slow, persistent leak. More
