Service I purchased a new vehicle and had to bring it back for tire problems. Two of the 4 tires on the truck were bad and had to be replaced. I was told i I purchased a new vehicle and had to bring it back for tire problems. Two of the 4 tires on the truck were bad and had to be replaced. I was told it would be one and one half hours. I arrived at 9 am. I didn’t leave the dealership until 4:30. They didn’t have the tires in stock and had to wait for a delivery and then the technician went to lunch and I didn’t see anyone getting in a hurry to do anything. I was not pleased about the amount of time I had spend there. More
