Dishonesty in Advertisement The web site indicated that "The Works" was $39.99. Both when I called to make an appointment and when I dropped the car no one said it had gone up to The web site indicated that "The Works" was $39.99. Both when I called to make an appointment and when I dropped the car no one said it had gone up to $49.99 (a significant and over the market rate). Surprise when I picked it up. The service advisory was very matter of fact, offer no options, was argumentative. The worst was the person who was collecting the money and checking me out. She curtly asked if I was related to Doyle Chaffin (which I am not) the roll of the eyes and the expression as if I was some type of employee relative and should not be complaining. I told her I was not but it was none of her business if I were, she gave me a look as if I was she didn't believe me. I then asked her why she asked that ans she says "Oh just curious" again with the attitude. I told her no she wasn't she was just being nosey and that I was not a person easily intimidated, especially when I am a customer. She jumps up and says I am not dealing with this. So I asked for a Manager. He was dutiful, but did not display much of a sincere caring attitude . I told him I was not looking for any discounts I didn't really care about the 10 bucks. It was the sneaky way of no one telling be prior to the work of the increase. (he dropped the price anyway, but never an apology from anyone or accepting responsibility for the confusion). I was almost certain when I looked on line of the price on line it was $39.95 when I got to the car I looked it up again and sure enough it was $39.95. I went back in to show the Manager and he just said "They were suppose to update it" again as the manager of the department no responsibility for having checked it or being aware of what was on the Bill Utter website. ( I know I expect a lot when it comes to customer service. Mainly because it has always been very good in the sales floor) Not in Service Department or the Finance Department. I have only had one decent experience in Repair Service (a really good adviser) all the others are very apathetic non energetic and don't seem to show they appreciate that it is customers who make their pay checks possible. 20+ years of buying cars there. I reported my experience with Finance, and of course it was a "Verbal" misunderstanding according to them. My fault as in all my dealings its a "Buyer be Aware" environment. (again except with the sales department). Doyle has bent over backwards to make things right, and I truly appreciate that. More

Disappointed Purchased a new Expedition in March which now has a clunk noise in the under carriage. Took almost 2 weeks to organize a loaner car (some sort of change occurring with how loaners are managed). Arrived for morning appointment - Friday, welcomed and processed quickly. I had to call Monday evening to get an update. Received a call back, my vehicle was ready and they could not replicate the noise. Returned the loaner, picked up my vehicle with a "call me if you hear the noise again and I'll have a technician ride with you". This now requires a separate trip to address the same issue. Would have preferred a call to let me know, nothing found and to organize a ride along. More
Home Run! I was really nervous about this service visit because my regular service person was on vacation. I have to say though, John Witt knocked it out of the park! He went above and beyond and really took care of me. I had a coolant leak and was also due for an oil change and a brake job. I spoke with John on the phone and pulled up on the drive 20 minutes later. He was waiting there for me, took me right in, kept me updated throughout the day and had me back on the road in a freshly washed car the very next morning. Not only was he professional, but he was also just plain NICE! An absolute pleasure to deal with! More

Service needed I needed my headlights looked at and my 60k service completed. It turns out I needed an oil change as well. So I took the car in thinking I would be a I needed my headlights looked at and my 60k service completed. It turns out I needed an oil change as well. So I took the car in thinking I would be about an hour. Turns out there was an issue with my head lights that would take longer. So I was quickly put in a rental and sent on my way. Later that day I was notified that my car was ready. So what was supposed to take maybe a day or two was less than that. And because I bought the car from them, my first oil changed was free! And everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be taking my car back there for service. Thank You! More
