Incomplete service I came in for 15,000 mile check and oil change. After talking to agent, I added tire rotation because of the special that they were running. I also as I came in for 15,000 mile check and oil change. After talking to agent, I added tire rotation because of the special that they were running. I also asked for a complimentary car wash. When I walked back to truck, it had not been washed. Makes me question if other services were performed. Next service, I will probably just go to Ford dealer in Decatur since it is closer, rather than drive an hour to come to Utter Ford More
