Careless Attitude. Requested test drive through website. I got a call within an hour and got appointment scheduled through Paul A. Got appointment rescheduled once and he was ok while talking on phone to re I got a call within an hour and got appointment scheduled through Paul A. However, when I reached there and went to his desk, he gave an initial look as if he couldn't recollect talking over the call previous day. Just started off saying there are super busy and I would be lucky if I get to test drive the car. That was so careless of him since the appointment was for test drive and we could have been intimated about changing the date if test drive would have been difficult. Then he made announcement for any available sales rep. and hoped to get one again reiterating how busy they are. His manager looked customer friendly, serious to do business and asked for 10-15 mins. He got us another sales person (Paul B.) quickly. The initial interaction had put us off, however Paul B. was friendly, patient to answer all questions and atleast respectful. More
